Short bio

Ashish Vaghela is a software engineer and open source contributor. He speaks at meetups, writes about code and about life, and is usually found making friends with street cats.

Long bio

Ashish Vaghela is a software engineer and open source contributor, curious by nature and a builder by choice. He speaks at developer meetups; his most recent talk, “Jugaad VS JFR: What your open source libraries are really costing you”, was at Java User Group Gujarat Meetup. He writes technical posts about the tools he works with and personal essays about everything else, and spends a lot of his time at meetups and startup events. Away from the desk he is usually making friends with street cats, with a cup of chai close by.
